FIRSTLY - Thank You for interest in our On-line Shopping Cart. We trust that these instructions will ease the process of use somewhat. It is probably helpful to print this page and then go on from here !
SECONDLY - We are currently trialling the On-line Shopping Cart just with Size 11 Miyuki Delica Beads at this time. We didn't want to put thousands of products on the Shopping Cart at this time until we got it all sorted out. We thought that 686 Size 11 Miyuki Delica Beads was enough to start with !
THIRDLY - We think that the best way to
do use the Shopping Cart this is as follows:
(a) Have a browse around our (flat
paged) website containing all the linked Miyuki Delica pages and look at all the colours, or
you can skip directly
to step (c).
(b) Please make a list of the colours
in which you are interested. They are all numbered DB-xxxx (where xxxx is the
colour number a 1, 2, 3 or 4 digit number).
(c) Then go to the Shopping Cart via the
"Shopping Cart" link on the Main Delica Bead page (the one with the
numbered table links to the Delica Bead pages).
(d) The Shopping Cart lists 20 items per
page - for 686 Delica Beads there will be 35 pages ! There is no need to scroll
through the lot. You can enter the bead number you require as DB-114 or DB-201.
Remember the Shopping Cart search engine uses a database, and will also search for partial
strings, so if you enter DB-10 you will get DB-10, and also DB-100 to DB-109 and
DB-1001 to DB-1099 etc. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE DASH '-' eg. DB-xxxx IS AN
IMPORTANT PART OF THE NUMBERING SYSTEM and must be included for a successful
search !
(e) To add the item, simple
enter or select the number of packets and click the add to cart button. The items will
list in the cart at the RHS of the page.
(f) Continue to search and add as many
colours as you
require.
(g) We have set a $AUD 20.00 order minimum for
the Delica Beads.
(h) When you have finished click the Checkout
button at the Shopping cart. You cannot proceed to the checkout unless your
order is over $AUD 20.00.
(i) The total will include any applicable
GST (within Australia - International Orders have the GST deducted from the
total) and any applicable postage charges for all orders.
(j) Continue through the various screens
and enter all the required data up to the point of payment. Here you have two
choices:
(i)
Use the Secure Checkout using the Interpay system. You can safely leave your
Credit Card details here if you choose - we will manually process your order. We
will also contact you if there is any problem with your order.
(ii) Take the 'Pay Later' Option (via telephone or fax, with Credit Card, or post us a Cheque or Money Order
(AUSTRALIA ONLY - Sorry but we cannot accept checks or money orders in foreign
currency due to the costs associated with conversion and banking of these
locally).
(k) You will receive a Confirmation Email
of your order listing all the relevant details. A similar Email will be sent to
us here at Katie's Treasures. If you require anything further please leave a
message in the comments section and we will get back to you ASAP.
(l) We will then process your order
as soon as possible (depending upon payment arrangements).
