TERMS and CONDITIONS OF TRADE

PRICE LIST:
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Whilst we will endeavour to maintain all goods at the prices listed, we reserve the right to change prices, as required, without notice. Should there be a major change to any one item, or the total of items from an order, we will also endeavour to advise customers prior to sending the order. Please feel free to confirm prices prior to placing an order if the exact costing is required. For Overseas customers, GST is not payable and we will decrease Invoice Total of the goods (excluding freight charges) by 1/11th to counter the GST amount.

SUPPLY:
Whilst we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times and some delays in shipping or receipt of goods may occur. Please be aware that this may specifically apply to bulk quantities of goods. In any event, we reserve the right to add or delete any items from this catalogue, as required, without notice.

PAYMENT:
Please note that we supply goods via Mail Order on a pro-forma basis - PAYMENT WITH ORDER / BEFORE DELIVERY - we accept Bankcard/Mastercard/Visa, money orders and cheques (subject to clearance) with a nominal minimum order value of $20.00. For orders less than $ 75.00, postage is charged at current Australia Post rates.

RETENTION OF TITLE:
ALL GOODS supplied remain the property of Katie's Treasures until fully paid for. Cheques are accepted in "good faith" as payment for goods supplied. As we are charged a fee for Dishonoured Cheques (those that "bounce") we will charge an additional fee of $ 15.00 for payment when we request reparation of payment for the goods supplied. We also reserve the right to pursue legal avenues for payment of outstanding or unpaid amounts.

DELIVERY:

RETURN OF GOODS:
Goods will only be accepted for return and / or credit within fourteen (14) days of despatch / invoice. AUTHORISATION MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO THE RETURN OF ANY GOODS (by telephone or facsimile). All returned goods must be in good condition and in the unit quantity supplied. Any goods supplied in error by Katie's Treasures will be replaced at our cost. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a small handling fee (up to 20% of the value of the returned goods).
